Stand Your Ground? No. Kiss My Ass!

Quite possibly the dumbest law ever put on the books in recent times. No, I don’t give a shit about a law in Mudlick, Kentucky that forbids dog walking on Saturday’s after 3pm while free balling in your overalls. I’m talking about real, enforced laws. Like the “Stand Your Ground” Law. This has got to take the cake. Shithead Alert sounds every time I think of this law. Talk about a slippery slope. Seems people who own guns only see the slippery slope when it comes to guys sucking other dude’s dicks and sick people getting health care. Other than that…it is free game. Oh, I forgot, don’t dare regulate anything having to do with guns either. In their world you should only be free to own huge guns to make up for the fact that they want to suck their best friend Tom’s cock and drive their pick up truck into the sunset to get married….but don’t pass a law that would allow that to happen. Like they say, “If you keep saying, being gay is a choice. That means that you’ve thought about it.”

And the Smallest Penis Award goes to...............

This law can do no good. Now me, I have a hard time trusting Pirates. Every Pirate movie I have seen, they have been pretty much dicks. Even Johnny Depp was a dick in that Disney piece of shit movie. Charming. But a dishonest dick none the less. Does that mean I can go around shooting all Pirates. Seriously. I may not see them on Pirate Ships, but I do see tons of Pirates on the street. With their beards and bad hygiene. I feel threatened by them. Can I shoot them if I see one? That is ridiculous huh? You aint seen nothing yet. What about Tyra Banks? She is deathly afraid of dolphins. Does that mean she can just open fire on Flipper? Or Dan Marino for that matter?

What if Justin Beiber were in Florida. He decides to go to the mall. Girls spot him. Some dudes too. Dudes who more than likely own some big guns. They all let out a high pitch scream and rush towards him. Would he be justified if he pulled out a gun and started firing at them? In this instance, I would say yes. The world is a better place without them. Clearly I’m kidding about all these scenarios. Still doesn’t change the fact that the law is fucked up. Still doesn’t bring back Trayvon. Or the other people that have been killed in the name of this law.

He is... in no way, scarier than a pirate. A dolphin. Or a Justin Beiber fan. This we can agree on. Poor kid. Gone. And why? So gun lobbyists could make more money and NRA could wrap up more votes for the GOP. That is why FOX News has but ignored this story.

In closing, I’m sure we all agree that Geraldo is a douche. His comments were way out of line. Blaming the clothes that Trayvon was wearing on him getting shot is low. Yes Geraldo. I am so sure Trayvon would have been alive today if not for that hoody. I wager that Mr. Zimmerman would have shot and killed Wayne Brady that night. Wayne Brady wearing a Nickelback shirt and playing Angry Birds on his iPhone while singing a Hank Williams Jr song , and drinking a PBR! But hey, clothes make people do weird things. Like rape people according to Bill Oreilly.

Why didn’t Geraldo come out and say that Brandon White was only beaten because he was wearing “skinny jeans?” Just watch the clip.

To say that wearing “certain clothes” is why someone gets attacked  is just unreal to me. Who the hell says that? Especially today. That is the shit that Sam’s grandparents would say in “SIxteen Candles.” How the fuck can you be so out of touch to say that. When people say that kind of stuff…here is what I hear. ‘I have no problems with niggers. Just don’t dress so niggery” Or “I have no problem with fags. Just don’t be so faggy around me.” That is what I hear. But my shithead detector has always been top notch.

Hey Geraldo? If you get gay bashed after the show....is your clothes to blame? Or something like that...

I never did trust or like Geraldo. That is odd though. He doesn’t look like a Pirate. Maybe I just get creeped out by people who look like the love child of Frank Stallone and Ron Jeremy. He is very threatening. That moustache just screams, predator! So does Geraldo live in Florida?

By the way, Iraq and AFghanistan’s “Stand Your Ground” Law. How do you guys feel about that? After all. Invasions are kind of threatening. Just a tad. Now assault rifles pale in comparison as far as intimidation goes to Skittles and Arizon Iced Tea. But still!

GOP is Playing Dirty Pool. Nothing More.

What will this new breed of ultra right wing conservatives declare war on next? I am going to be bold and predict this: Health care coverage for Sickle Cell Disease. Watch the one minute clip below before you read any further.

Seems far fetched, doesn’t it? Would the GOP be so blatantly racist? To be honest, I don’t think racism will have anything to do with it. For you see, the strategy being put forth by the GOP is quite simple. It has unfolded for the last three years or so. It is a very concentrated effort. Pin point. What they are doing is going after any and every group, one by one, that doesn’t vote Republican. Don’t think so? Let us examine this further.

Kasich, Walker, Christie, etc etc. When they entered office we saw an obvious attack on unions. Disguised of course as “budgetary measures”. But we know better than that. As these far right conservatives took from the hard working middle class union workers, they gave that taken money right over to big corporations in the form of corporate welfare. They demonized firefighters, police, paramedics, teachers, postal workers, and the list goes on and on. Tell me where I’m wrong on this. I dare you.

Watch the next clip from Fox News. Even they see the truth:

As the war on unions and public workers continues, we also witnessed an attack on undocumented workers, illegal aliens, border jumpers, or whatever else you want to call them. I like to just call them, humans. But that’s just me. I’m crazy like that. But getting back to the task at hand. Why was this done? This was done for a couple reasons. First it was to lather up the base. Nothing gets the base worked up like someone who could live in their own neighborhood, stealing from them. That is how they envision it. Second reason is that its just a payoff. A payoff to the private prisons who lobbied for said law. Yes. Private, for profit companies to run prisons. How do you turn a profit off of prisons? Why you ensure you have a good supply of prisoners. Enter the new Arizona Immigration Law. And lastly, we have the most sinister reason. To lay doubt in people’s minds about voting. That is right. Make it seem that people are here illegally and the reason they are here is because the Democrats want them here. Want them here so they can get their vote! Which sets our next attack by the GOP.

The attack on voting rights. I am quite honestly getting tired of explaining to people how the “Voter Fraud” problem that everyone talks about, pretty much doesn’t exist. Unless you count a handful of idiots who vote at the wrong place or fill out a form wrong. But there is no plot, no illegal votes swaying elections. No people being bused in from other districts swaying elections. No dead people’s votes deciding the elections. It is just not happening. Or, so says a study fronted by the Bush Administration: HERE But this tactic is nothing new. It has just evolved. Here is a sampling from a piece describing voter fraud in March of 2007:

{A belief in rampant voter fraud in Democratic strongholds — big cities, minority neighborhoods — is widespread among Republicans, and claims of vote buying and the like have long been a mainstay of GOP rhetoric. The party has used these claims of voter fraud to help build public support for what it considers electoral reforms, like requiring voters to show photo ID — reforms that also tend to suppress Democratic turnout on Election Day.

During the Bush administration, a rhetorical tool became public policy. The Republicans could not get a photo ID law through the Senate, but they were able to enlist the 93 United States attorneys in their crusade against voter fraud. In 2002, then-Attorney General John Ashcroft announced an initiative that required “all components of the [Justice] Department” to “place a high priority on the investigation and prosecution of election fraud.”}  The full piece can be found HERE  (sidenote: those interested in learning a bit more about voter suppression should check this out HERE

So let us go over what we have covered so far: War on Unions. War on brown people. War on voting rights. Let’s see….what did I miss. Oh yeah, the war on women! We have had the attempt to defund Planned Parenthood. A non profit  that provides much needed care to women. From breast cancer screenings to pap smears. Oh, and they do abortions from time to time. “Over 90% of what they do is abortions” according to Sen. Jon Kyl. Of course he was way, way, way off. But facts don’t matter in todays brand of politics. Kyl story HERE. We have also watched as places like Virginia who wanted to “vaginally probe a woman” before she was allowed to have an abortion. Just watch below:

Add to that this fake uproar about employer coverage of birth control and we have a recipe for some pissed off women. But why attack women’s rights? It isn’t going to get those women to vote for them? Why do this at all if you’re the GOP? Why pick this fight? Two words. Religious Right. The Religious Right has been voting faithfully (pun intended) for the GOP for decades now. Always being promised that once elected, they would overturn Roe v. Wade. Of course never delivering. This whole “War on Women” we are seeing…it is just a way to pacify the Religious Right. To show them that their vote is not being wasted. To stick by them! They have their back. Nothing more. Nothing less. Because we all know that Roe v. Wade will never be tackled seriously by the GOP. Ever. Never. Not going to happen.

So do I think the Republican Party doesn’t like hard working people in the unions? Do I think the Republican Party despises brown people? Does the great and powerful crap4face, the Undisputed Heavyweight Champ of Politics, think that the GOP do not want Americans to have equal access to the right to vote and women to have birth control or abortions? Actually, no to all of them. except the “Brown people” one. Still on the fence about that. But seriously…the only reason we are seeing these so called ”Wars” being waged, is that these people tend to vote Democrat. That is all. The Republican Party is not trying to win these people’s votes over by treating them like a six pack of crap. Rather they are trying to disenfranchise them. Make it so that union guy who pulls 60 hour work weeks to make ends meet might just start questioning why he even votes. Why he even bothers to vote for a Democrat. because after all, we have a Dem as Commander in Chief and he has been virtually silent during this assault on labor. The GOP is trying to make it so that elderly person concerned with tho possible privatization of Medicare and Social Security will find it tougher to vote. They are also doing this to keep the Republican base happy and faithful.

Keep their usual votes coming in at the same rate and just decrease the other sides vote. Don’t improve your position. Just impede theirs. Where I come from, that’s called dirty pool. But what do we do? What does a voter do in this instance? I’m open to suggestions? By the way, I wasn’t serious about the GOP taking on Sickle Cell Health Care next. Unless they do. Then I was.

crap4face’s food4brain: Fires By Aliens; No God In Pledge; Stewart Douches Fox Again & More

John McCain made a very hilarious statement….again. Mr. McCain claims that the Arizona wildfires were caused by illegal aliens. HERE  How long until Weird Al does a parody of “We Didn’t Start The Fire”  Maybe team him up with “Mr. Born In East L.A.” Cheech Marin for a duet. I smell a Grammy. She must have pooped in her depends again.

I am also hearing that NBC didn’t have the word “God” in the Pledge of Allegiance? People are mad at this? Why? All they did was play the original. Why is this a problem? You clowns do understand that the word “God” was never in the Pledge of Allegiance, right? It wasn’t until 1953 when the Knights of Columbus petitioned the government to add it. So get over it people. If that still upsets you, you’re going to love this: Fuck God. It was around Father’s Day anyway. I can’t think of a bigger deadbeat dad than him.

Uh oh! No God. Time to boycott the original Pledge!

Jon Stewart went on Fox News again. Jon Stewart spoke the truth again. Fox News distorted the truth again. And repeat. That is the trend here. I for one would love to see Beck, Hannity, Rush, Levin or any right wingers show up on The Daily Show. I know Bill O’Reilly has a couple times. Would love to see the others. Well here is Stewart and Wallace from Sunday. Enjoy!

Stewart On Fox News w/ Chris Wallace

Gay marriage in New York seems possible now. With all this talk about marriage, I can’t help but think of that study. The study that shows most divorces are over money issues. How can that be? If that is the case, why do all these wealthy people get divorced every other week. It can’t be over money. There has to be a valid reason! Oh, right! It just proves my old saying, “Most rich people are complete assholes.”

Chris Christie the other day, snapped at a woman asking a very valid question. She pretty much wanted to know why someone who sends his kids to private schools should be in on decisions about funding public schools. Very good point. Kind of like when all the right wingers and Tea Party guys were saying that congress shouldn’t be able to make decisions on health care unless they are forced to have the same plan. I never heard any of them answer the question the way Chris Christie did. His answer was “It is none of your business” I beg to differ Chub Rock. We pay your salary, it is very much “our business.”

crap4face’s food4brain: Soldiers Charged For Bags; I Give Breitbart Props; Palin E mails & more!

Seems some soldiers were charged $2,800 in extra bag fees. Everyone is pretty much outraged. Not me. Why should they get special treatment. Same goes for those soldiers who are crying about their houses being foreclosed on. Get over it! Times are tough Sparky. Time to pay your fair share.

Who is going to pay for that extra baggage if not you? Who is going to pay for that back mortgage and late fees? You soldiers have the life. You volunteered for this. It used to be the only thing that could keep you out of the military was if you were gay. Not any more. Now they let anyone in. Anyone is free to get a free gun, free housing, free food, see exotic lands. Pretty much live the life. Oh yeah, free health care too. All from the government’s teet. Which in turn means from our teet. We pay for it. So why should they get discounts and exceptions on bills we all pay? We need to let the private sector handle their own business. Stop putting capitalism in the hands of the government. This outrage over capitalistic virtues like paying for luggage and mortgages is very disturbing. This is not my America. In my America everyone pays their own way. Even baby killers. So I say stop bailing out the soldiers. We are all sacrificing in the private sector. It is time for you lazy government volunteers to sacrifice as well.

Great. Sarah palin’s e mails have been released. Now I can read her thesaurus like verbage spit out over the internet. Great quotes such as, ” He is a very good, fine, fantastic man” Or “brave, courageous soldiers, fighting for my, yours, our freedoms, in this great land, home, of America, by the people, for the people, about the people, for which, without said people, humans, we would not be possible.”

I just can’t wait for all this vital info to pour out. I just pray it doesn’t over shadow all this talk about jewish cocks. I so do love jewish cock talk. Maybe we can talk Palin e mails in the day time. Jew cock at night. Boy I hope so!

The Jew Cock Bus Tour. For those sick of following around the Alasakan Cunt Tour Bus.

I find it hilarious when people run down unions and their workers in front of me. I then clue them in on me being a union member. Quickly it changes to, “No. Not you. I know you work hard. I’m talking about the other ones being lazy.”

Just now, a black guy reading this just said, “Aint that some shit?” Soon after, a white guy reading this just said, ” Blacks don’t read.”

I am growing tired of people putting down Andrew Breitbart. I have to applaud him. He just may be a hack who edits and crops. But he is also making people, for the first time, in a long time, check and double check stories. So congrats Andrew. You are making journalists act accordingly…somewhat. Like I told you before. You sir have been rewarded. Rewarded for crying wolf over and over again, now one finally showed up. With a raging boner and shaved chest. Hats off Mr. Breitbart. Honestly. Good job.

Just Read The Comments: The Blaze Reacts To Possible Perry Run; Breitbart’s Minions Love A Police State; Bill Introduced To Counter Muslim Hatred;

It is quite funny. Funny how the readers at The Blaze almost seem to have their own opinion about Rick Perry’s possible run for President. Then I remember that Fox News and the echo chamber has not weighed in too much on Perry’s run. So, when they do, best believe the vast majority will be lock step with Fox and the boys. But until then, enjoy the wide array of opinions on Rick Perry’s possible hat being thrown in the ring. Just Read The Comments

I was drawn to this article for two reasons.First off the picture was of a black guy. Second, the title had “muslim” in it. Both those things mean, “Just Read The Comments GOLD!” So let us see…Just Read The Comments

Wow. Andrew Breitbart’s site on occasion has informed people. People who for the most part will try to be fair and use reason from time to time. This would not be one of those times. These readers truly have no clue on this matter. It is embarrassing to read the comments. I think Andy would be wise to tell them why they might be wrong on this one. That is unless Andy Breitbart is for police arresting people for dancing. If he is, I think he needs to watch Footloose again. Seriously though, Just Read The Comments

Just Read The Comments: Cain Hates Muslims; A Little Boy In Camouflage Excites Fox Nation; Pete Fonda Threatens Obama’s Life?

Remember when Herman Cain said that he would never lete a muslim in his cabinet if he was President? Well he changed his mind… sort of. The people at The Blaze don’t like that. They need someone to protect them from the scary sharia law. BOO! Just Read The Comments

A kid loves the flag of the United States of America. According to Fox Nation, he is more fit to be President than anyone else running. Hilariousness right here folks. I can’t wait for this kid to get a little older and learn the real history. Enjoy the “rah rah” while it lasts Sparky. Just Read The Comments

This is a part of American history as well. Just look at the look on those people faces. Disgusting!

Peter Fonda kind of just threatened the President. The people at Fox News think this is just the coolest thing ever. So much for respecting the office. Let me see if I got this straight: Dixie Chicks say they are ashamed to be from same state as George W. Bush is bad for America. Peter Fonda saying he is teaching his grandchildren to use long range rifles to shoot Obama, well that is fine? Just Read The Comments

Just Read The Comments: Liberal Edition, The Left Reacts To Rand Paul, to Newt’s “foodstamps” comments, and Fox News Offshore Oil Numbers

food4brain 5/15/11: Matt Taibbi On CNN; Newt Is Pretty Much A Racist ;Right Spins Oil Subsidies; CEOs Rich Off Cutting Jobs

Matt Taibbi goes on CNN to discuss possible criminal charges on Goldman Sachs. Matt lays it out there pretty nicley. My favorite part is when he asks Megan McArdle if she is ashamed of what she does…in so many words. Matt on CNN

For those of you still calling the Affordable Health Care Act a Government takeover or calling it Obamacare…please stop. You’re making asses of yourself. Here is why.

I can’t understand this. Why do billion dollar corporations need our tax payer money? I have conservative friends who used to say the same thing. Now that Fox and the right wing echo chamber have picked up the fight to defend big oil, those same friends have changed their tune and are defending them as well. Well, here are some of those right wing claims, and debunked.

Newt pretty much just said, ” Obama is a spook” Can’t wait for people to defend this. I love verbally curb stomping fools.

Here is ten CEOs who get loaded off of cutting jobs. So I thought these people were the job creators? This is why I love when they say we need a business minded guy in the White House. Nothing like firing thousands to make one rich prick even more rich. Yipeeeeee for capitalism. profits over people suck. So do these ten douche bags.

Just Read The Comments: Boeing Told They Can’t Screw The Middle Class; Chris Christie & Creationism; Michelle Malkin Is Stirring It Up Again

I really don’t understand this anti union rhetoric from the right. It is quite disturbing. Class Canibalism is killing this country. I have spoke of this time and time and time again. Also have audio of me here. The misinformation that is circulated on a daily basis by Fox and Fox Business about unions is unreal. So it comes as no surprise when I read these comments about a ruling where Boeing is not allowed to move jobs out of state…because it is against the law. In all 50 states it is illegal. It has been illegal for a very long, long, long time. But tell these readers. Just Read The Comments

Chris Christie is asked a simple question about what he believes in: Creationism or the Theory of Evolution. What a third grade answer and some of these comments are as well. Just Read The Comments

Michelle Malkin is making a big deal about a flight where a douche bag went all apeshit and ran around acting a fool trying to get in the cockpit. The thing I have a problem with is this: This fool did this over thirty times. Thirty times he rushed the cockpit doors trying to get in. Nobody tried to stop him? What the fuck? I mean…I could see two or three times…by thirty people may have grabbed him, but that was only because he was falling from exhaustion. Oh yeah….Michelle is making a big deal because he is brown and yelled “Alluha Akbar” while doing it. Michelle Malkin’s people are all worked up of course. Just Read The Comments
