You couldn’t hit it closer than this. Left is way too slow and not convincing. It’s as if they have so much to say but nothing to do about it. Sometimes, it looks like they don’t even have the guts to think of doing the right thing. I’m not sure that they know what they want at all. Left suppose to be about action and once it really decides to step in and fight by all necessary means, no “talking points” can save the Slave Ownership. Unfortunately the Left today is a mere ersatz – like what the guy in the “Food Inc.” Said “it’s the idea of Tomato”. It’s out there to give us idea that someone is fighting for majority of people – for the rights of the people, but the reality is that playing within this system there is nothing much to do. Once the Idea of The Real Socialism or Communism is completely abandoned (instead of being in constant motion of reinvention) The Left has no purpose to exist. It will fight and win at times, but it won’t change the structures of power – so the real gain of the struggle will be just as much as the High Rollers would give us – we are still at their mercy. Until people realize that the only Universal Right to fight for is The Right of Proletariat, things won’t change. Within this system it’s hard to argue the conservative right , why ? – because they have the Real Power in the first place – they run the sh#t !!! The most of the Financial Power, Energy, etc is at their hands. They decided for us long time ago. What was their best move – putting “Democrats” on the opposite side to “fight” and pacified us even more. Even better move – l et them fight for Gay Marriage, Women’s Rights, minimum wage and so on, but how does that affect our Educational System, Health Care, Foreign – Energy Policies. Everything is on decline except the powerty and that is what Privatization is all about – make education a privilege, health too, communication, etc – after all life is a privilege, so shut up and kick some ass if you want to survive. Evolution is good for nothing, so enjoy Animal Kingdom – “Dream Big” and you might get on “the top” . This System is nothing different than “Gangsta Paradise” to me. What they don’t realize (paradox of it all) or maybe do – not willing to change, is that society can’t be functional in the long term without common wealth and private interest is there to destroy the very last bit of it.
